NAVIGATE

ANNUAL BUSINESS SUMMIT

Navigate is the annual in-person summit for small business owners who are ready to stop operating in the whirlwind and start making intentional progress.

Four days.
Every part of your business.
No fluff, no filler, no motivation without method.

Navigate is the annual in-person summit built for small business owners who are done guessing and ready to build a business that actually runs the way it should. You'll leave with decisions made, priorities set, and a clear path forward....
not a notebook full of ideas you'll never open again.

Stop drifting. Start navigating.

WHO IS NAVIGATE FOR?

You are a service-based small business owner or entrepreneur who is actively building and growing a real business

You want practical guidance on how to do the things that actually move the needle. Not theory or surface-level tips
You value learning in a room where the speakers understand the time, money, and energy you’ve invested to be here
You’re looking for tangible, actionable strategies you can apply to your business immediately

You want to connect, collaborate, and build relationships with other business owners who truly understand what you’re navigating

Navigate is not for everyone..... and that's intentional.

This room is built for small business owners who are actively in it. Who have skin in the game, real clients, real decisions, and real pressure to figure it out.

You're not looking for motivation. You're looking for a map.

You belong here if you're done with surface-level advice and ready for strategies you can actually use. If you want to be in a room where the speakers have built real businesses and the people sitting next to you are navigating the same things you are. If you're ready to stop reacting and start leading your business with clarity and intention.

If that's you, you're exactly who Navigate was built for.

THE NAVIGATE TOPICS

No area of your business gets left behind at Navigate.

Every pillar connects to the others, because that's how real businesses actually work. You'll leave with a complete picture of where you stand, what to prioritize, and exactly how to move forward.

EXPERIENCE

A business that's hard to work in is a business that's hard to grow. Experience sessions are about building something that works, for your clients and for the people delivering the work.
You'll dig into leadership, culture, customer experience, and retention so that growth doesn't create chaos and delivery doesn't create burnout. Because how your business feels - from the inside and the outside - determines whether people stay, refer others, and come back.
Topics in this category include :
leadership development, company culture, customer experience, team building, and long-term retention.

OPERATIONS

You can have the best strategy in the world and still feel like your business is running you instead of the other way around. Operations sessions are where that changes. This is where systems, processes, workflows, financial clarity, and execution live. You'll leave knowing how to build a business that runs with intention and efficiency, one that doesn't require your constant presence to function and doesn't depend on heroic effort just to stay afloat.
Topics in this category include :
systems and organization, day-to-day operations, strategic planning, process development, and technology stacks.
Most business owners are really good at one or two parts of their business and they're quietly ignoring the rest. Navigate is built to change that.

Every session at Navigate falls into one of three strategic pillars: Growth, Experience, and Operations. Together they cover every critical area of your business so nothing stays disconnected, neglected, or left to guesswork. You don't just leave knowing more, you leave knowing exactly where to focus and why.

Each talk at Navigate falls into one of three strategic categories:

GROWTH

If your business isn't growing the way you want it to, something in your growth engine is broken.... or was never built in the first place. Growth sessions at Navigate are built to fix that. You'll get clarity on your marketing, your sales process, and the strategies that actually drive sustainable revenue for service-based businesses. Not trends. Not tactics that work for someone else's audience. Real, proven growth strategies you can apply to your business immediately.
Topics in this category include :
branding, marketing, sales, social media, advertising, lead generation, and sustainable revenue strategy.

THE EXPERIENCE

Strategic connections are not left to chance, they are intentionally designed. From seating arrangements to facilitated discussions and curated evening meetups, every element is built to help you connect with other service-based business owners who are at a similar stage or facing similar challenges. This isn’t random networking or awkward small talk. It’s thoughtful, purpose-driven connection with people who understand your world, speak your language, and can become true collaborators, referral partners, or long-term peers.

Most conferences give you a stage and a handout. Navigate gives you a room.
Each lab places you directly with a single expert for a full three-hour working session in a small group. This is where learning becomes doing. You'll break down the strategy, understand why it matters, and then apply it to your actual business in real time with the expert in the room to guide you, challenge you, and help you problem-solve on the spot.

Labs are intentionally limited. You get direct access, real momentum, and work you can implement the moment you leave the room.

REAL WORLD EXPERTS

STRATEGIC INVALUABLE CONNECTIONS

DEEP DIVE INTENSIVE LABS

Every speaker at Navigate is a practitioner. Not a theorist, not a coach who stopped doing the work years ago, not a polished pitch designed to sell you something from the stage. These are experienced small business owners and operators who are actively building, running, and refining their businesses right now. They'll show you what they've implemented, why it works, and exactly how to apply it inside your own business..... with the kind of depth and honesty you only get from someone who's actually lived it.
This is a working room. The speakers know that. They show up accordingly.

Most small business owners aren’t failing, they’re drifting.

Drifting between ideas. Drifting between priorities. Drifting from one decision to the next without a clear path forward. Busy every day, but unsure if the work is actually moving the business where it needs to go.

Navigate exists to stop the drift.

This summit is designed to help you pause, assess where your business truly stands, and intentionally choose your next direction  with strategy, structure, and support guiding every step. You won’t just hear what could work. You’ll learn what does work, why it matters, and exactly how to apply it to your business.

If you’re tired of guessing, reacting, and hoping things click someday - this is your moment to stop drifting and start navigating.

The decision to attend isn’t about five days away from your business. It’s about finally giving your business the direction it’s been missing.

Your next move doesn’t need to be louder.
It needs to be intentional.

Navigate starts here.

STOP DRIFTING. START NAVIGATING.

YOU
WANT
TO
BE
IN
THIS ROOM...

The way your business feels right now is bleeding into the rest of your life.

You already know that.

The unfinished decisions follow you home.

The mental checklist never shuts off. You step away from your desk but your mind never leaves the building.

That's not a productivity problem.
That's a direction problem...

...and Navigate is where it ends.

Over four days you'll do something most business owners never make time for: you'll actually work on your business.

You'll assess where you truly stand, make the decisions you've been circling, and build the clarity and structure that lets you move forward without the constant weight of not knowing what's next.

You won't leave motivated.
You'll leave certain.
Your business gets direction.

Your life gets room to breathe again.

What happens at the mix and mingle event?

Strategic connections are not left to chance at Navigate, they are intentionally designed.

Using information from your event intake form, attendees are thoughtfully grouped based on business stage, industry, region, and shared challenges. You won't walk into a room full of strangers hoping to find your people. Your people will already be at your table.

Through structured activities and intentional conversation, you'll build relationships that go far beyond the event itself. It could be referral partners, collaborators, and just peers who understand exactly what you're navigating because they're navigating it too.

Every detail is intentional. The time you spend here actually moves the needle.
And if you're introverted or hate traditional networking........ good. This isn't that.
